2015年,北京市进一步加强教师队伍建设,构建立体化教师培训网络,强化教师基本功和现代教育思想,贯通教师培养渠道,全面提高教师综合素质,实现教师队伍的可持续发展。特级教师评选2015年3月,北京市教委公布了“2014年北京市特级教师名单”(248人)和“2014年经市教委同意重新认定特级教师名单”(58人),共新增特级教师306名,全市特级教师总数目前达到儿98名。
In 2015, Beijing further strengthens the building of a contingent of teachers, builds a three-dimensional teacher training network, strengthens the basic skills of teachers and modern educational thinking, and trains channels for teachers to comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers so as to achieve the sustainable development of the teaching staff. In March 2015, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education announced “List of 2014 Beijing Top-level Teachers” (248 persons) and “2014 List of Special Teachers to be Re-approved by the Municipal Commission of Education” (58 persons) 306 new teachers, the city’s total number of special teachers currently reached 98 children.
