国有企业是中国经济的主力军。中国经济和社会发展的“九五”计划和十五年规划,已为中国经济社会发展的未来远景,描绘出了一幅宏伟的蓝图。无疑,在中国经济发展中起主导作用的国有企业是完成这幅宏伟蓝图的主要实践者。那么,目前就已经进入了重要角色、正在积极率领中国经济大军向二十一世纪奋力前进的国有企业,在完成这一跨世纪的伟大任务的此时此刻,它自身还存在着哪些困难和问题呢?这是人们目前普遍关心的问题。本文拟在这方面作一些初步的探讨。
State-owned enterprises are the main force of the Chinese economy. The “Ninth Five-Year Plan” and the fifteen-year plan for China’s economic and social development have drawn a magnificent blueprint for the future of China’s economic and social development. Undoubtedly, the state-owned enterprises that play a leading role in China’s economic development are the main practitioners who have completed this magnificent blueprint. Well, at this moment, the state-owned enterprises that have already entered important roles and are actively leading the Chinese economic army into the 21st century are struggling to achieve this cross-century great task. At this moment, there are still some difficulties and problems in itself. This is what people are currently concerned about. This article intends to make some preliminary discussions in this regard.
