现代企业管理组织理论已分成组织结构学和组织行为学两个独立的分支学科。组织结构学侧重于管理组织的静态结构研究,以如何建立一个合理的、有效率的企业管理组织为目标;组织行为学侧重于管理组织的动态研究,以如何建立良好的、符合人际关系的管理组织为目标。这二个分支学科的理论都是由一些相互关联的原理组成的,它们可从以下五个方面简述:
The theory of modern enterprise management organization has been divided into two independent branch disciplines: organizational structure and organizational behavior. Organizational structure focuses on the study of the static structure of management organizations. It aims at how to establish a reasonable and efficient enterprise management organization. Organizational behavior studies focus on the dynamic research of management organizations, and how to establish good and human relations management. The organization is the goal. The theory of these two branches is composed of some interrelated principles, which can be briefly described in the following five aspects:
