大学英语教学改革的一项重要内容是大学英语教师专业发展。本文以集宁师范学院为例,分析了新升本科院校大学英语教师的专业发展问题,并针对存在的问题提出了提高教师专业发展的自觉意识,制定个人专业发展规划;树立终身学习观念;提高自身学历和提倡行动研究促进教师科研水平的提高等提升大学英语教师专业发展的对策。
