采用土培试验,在不施肥(CK)和施肥(NPK)条件下,研究了100个春小麦基因型NPK营养效率差异的几项评价指标的总变异及其相关性。结果表明,在相同供肥条件下,籽粒产量、生物学产量、体内NPK含量及其积累量、养分利用效率等参数,基因型间差异显著;在不同供肥条件下,相对产量、相对生物量、增产率和肥料养分利用效率等参数,基因型间差异十分显著,且以籽粒产量计算的各参数的变异大于以生物产量计算的各参数的变异。相关分析表明,相对产量与相对生物量、增产率与肥料养分利用效率间里极显著正相关,而相对产量与增产率、肥料养分利用效率间里极显著负相关。综合分析认为,采用产量、相对产量或增产率或肥料养分利用效率或任意二者相结合,可以作为NPK营养效率基因型差异的筛选指标。
Soil fertility (CK) and fertilization (NPK) were used to study the total variation and correlation of several evaluation indexes of 100 NPK nutritional efficiency differences. The results showed that under the same conditions of fertilizer supply, grain yield, biological yield, in vivo NPK content and its accumulation, nutrient use efficiency and other parameters were significantly different among genotypes. Under different fertilizer treatments, relative yield, relative biomass , Yield increasing rate and fertilizer nutrient utilization efficiency, the differences among genotypes were significant, and the variation of each parameter calculated by grain yield was larger than the variation calculated by biomass yield. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between relative yield and relative biomass, yield increase and fertilizer nutrient use efficiency, while the relative yield was significantly negatively correlated with increase yield and fertilizer nutrient use efficiency. According to a comprehensive analysis, the combination of yield, relative yield or yield, or fertilizer nutrient utilization efficiency or any two can be used as a screening index for differences in NPK nutrition efficiency.
