目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 140例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为HBO治疗组(HBO组)80例和常规对照组60例,对照组只是常规治疗,HBO组在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗,治疗压力0.2MPa,吸纯氧60min,1次/d,10次为一疗程。结果 HBO组治疗后与对照组的临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HBO组在临床类风湿性关节炎患者治疗中能提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods One hundred and forty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into HBO group (n = 80) and control group (n = 60). The control group was treated only routinely. HBO group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of routine treatment Pressure 0.2MPa, suction pure oxygen 60min, 1 times / d, 10 times for a course of treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of HBO group was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The HBO group can improve the clinical effect in the treatment of patients with clinical rheumatoid arthritis.
