全国盐碱地造林学术讨论会于1988年9月1日至8日在新疆乌鲁木齐召开,这次学术会议是中国林学会造林专业委员会委托新疆生产建设兵团农业局、山东省林科所和河北省林科所组织筹备的。这是解放后第三次全国性的盐碱地造林学术会议,第一次是1965年在天津市召开的,第二次是1978年在新疆库尔勒地区二十九团场召开的。时隔10年后的今天,再次召开盐碱地造林学术会议,是一次继往开来的盛会。很多长时期从事盐碱地造林工作的专家、教授和学者欢聚一堂,交流经验,互相学习,总结经验,提出建议,对于推动盐碱地造林事业的进一步深入发展,有着十分重要的现实意义。
National Symposium on Saline-alkali Afforestation was held in Urumqi, Xinjiang from September 1 to 8, 1988. This academic conference was commissioned by Agriculture Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Forestry Bureau of Shandong Province and Forestry Branch of Hebei Province Prepared by the organization. This is the third nationwide academic conference on afforestation of saline land after the liberation. The first was held in Tianjin in 1965 and the second was held in 1978 at the 29 regiment of Korla region in Xinjiang. After a lapse of 10 years, re-holding a conference on afforestation of saline-alkali land is a grand event for the future. Many experts, professors and scholars engaged in afforestation of saline land for a long time gather together to exchange experiences, learn from each other, summarize experiences and make suggestions, which is of great practical significance for promoting the further and in-depth development of afforestation in saline-alkali lands.
