目的探讨高师大学生自我和谐水平对学习倦怠的影响。方法采用大学生学习倦怠量表和自我和谐量表对795名高师大学生进行了问卷调查。结果高师大学生的学习倦怠接近中等水平,尤以情绪低落严重;性别、年级、学科分别对学习倦怠的各个维度和总的学习倦怠有显著的影响;高师大学生的自我和谐程度较低,对学习倦怠有极其显著的影响。结论建立高师大学生学习倦怠的防御机制应重视自我和谐程度的提高和发展。
Objective To explore the impact of self-consistency and harmony between teachers and students of normal university on learning burnout. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 795 undergraduates undergraduates using the Burnout Scale and Self-Harmony Scale. Results The grades of learning burnout of normal university undergraduates were close to the middle level, especially the depression was serious. Gender, grade and discipline respectively had a significant effect on all dimensions of learning burnout and total learning burnout. The higher self-consistency degree of college students was lower, Has a very significant impact. Conclusion The establishment of a defense mechanism for learning burnout in normal university students should pay attention to the improvement and development of self-harmony.
