机械工业部在今年四月分发出的“机械工业加强设备管理和维修工作要点”中指出:“根据国家经委颁发的《国营工业交通设备管理试行条例》,结合机械工业实际情况以及这几年的经验,需对原一机部、原农机部的有关设备工作条例进行研究和修订”。并决定由上海市机电一局、北京市机械局、辽宁省机械局、江苏省机械厅和第二汽车厂组织讨论、提出修改意见。
