“先学”指的是学生在课前预习阶段,教师要简明扼要的揭示学习目标,让学生自学。“后教”指的是教师对学生共性问题加强点拨,并引导学生用自学的方式去找规律和看例题,对自学中存在的问题进行适当评价、整理和补充。而“当堂训练”指的是学生当堂完成作业和练习。“先学后教,当堂训练”的教学模式,体现出了学生循序渐进、因材施教、主体性原则。一、设定课堂的教学目标设定课堂中的教学目标,能够提高学生的学习效率。教师应当遵循素质教育思想,制定明确合理的教学目标。
