单独招生是对高等教育多元化选拔机制的完善。我院酒店管理专业是河北省最早实施单独招生的专业之一,学生全部为90后且多数是独生子女,个性突出、组织纪律性差,自理能力不强,就像“温室花朵”。在日常班级管理中,以大一暑期教学实习为抓手,通过实习前精心准备、实习期间人性化管理、实习后系统总结等环节,以学生为本,用“爱”打动学生,建立辅导员、高校专业教师、学生家长“三位一体”的管理模式,把脆弱的温室花朵培养成具有较高综合素质的职业人。 Enrollment alone is to improve the mechanism of the diversification of higher education selection.
