劳动合同用工是我国企业的基本用工形式。劳务派遣用工只是补充形式,只能在临时性、辅助性或者替代性的工作岗位上实施。然而这种辅助性、替代性的临时用工模式,曾几何时,却被用工单位大量并长期使用,甚至成为用工主渠道。大乱大治,为了维护被派遣者的合法权益,重在规范劳务派遣用工、抑制滥用劳务派遣的第十一届全国人大常委会第二十七次会议审议通过的修改后的《劳动合同法》7月1日起实施。日前,整顿劳务派遣市场,新《劳动合同法》开始发力:
Labor Contract Labor is the basic form of employment of Chinese enterprises. Labor dispatching employment is only a supplementary form and can only be implemented on temporary, supplementary or alternative jobs. However, this supplementary and alternative temporary employment pattern was used by a large number and long-term use of labor units and even became the main channel for workers. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the dispatched persons, the Dazhou Dazhi emphasized on regulating the labor dispatching work and restraining the abuse of labor dispatch, and the amended Labor Contract Law 7 adopted at the 27th meeting of the 11th NPC Standing Committee On the 1st of January.
