普通水泥混凝土抗拉强度低,抗裂性差,容易造成结构渗漏和钢筋腐蚀。为探讨改善混凝土抗裂性能的途径和寻找新型建筑材料,我们自1977年以来开展了聚合物水泥砂浆混凝土的研究工作。在国外,掺入水泥混凝土的聚合物品种繁多,都已商品化,一般可分为三种类型,即胶乳、液体树脂和水溶性聚合物。目前,在日本、美、英、西德、苏联等国,它们已被广泛地作为防腐、防水、粘结和抗磨材料使用。在国内,目前还没有掺入水泥混凝土的聚合物正式产品,对聚合物水泥混凝土的研究和应用尚处于开始阶段。有关单位曾初步
Ordinary cement concrete has low tensile strength and poor crack resistance, which can easily cause structural leakage and corrosion of steel bars. In order to explore ways to improve the crack resistance of concrete and to find new types of building materials, we have conducted research on polymer cement mortar concrete since 1977. In foreign countries, there are many varieties of polymers incorporated into cement concrete, all of which have been commercialized and can generally be divided into three types, namely latex, liquid resins, and water-soluble polymers. At present, in Japan, the United States, Britain, West Germany, the Soviet Union and other countries, they have been widely used as anti-corrosion, waterproof, bonding and anti-wear materials. In China, there are currently no formal polymer products blended with cement concrete. The research and application of polymer cement concrete is still at the beginning stage.
