中国的很多企业特别是民营企业,都带着其创始人或领军人物性格与特质的烙印,甚至于,有很多企业因一个企业家的智慧而辉煌,也因一个企业家的失误而衰败。因此,中国管理教育的发展,特别是对现任的管理者的继续教育对提升中国企业的素质有重要意义。国有资产的重组,混合所有制经济的建立,还有民营企业的兴起,他们都需要适合于自己的管理人才。这注定了中国的管理教育不可能完全用国外的办法来教学,而是要针对不同的对象,结合中国的国情培养。
Many Chinese enterprises, especially private-owned ones, have imprinted the characters and traits of their founders or leading figures. Even many enterprises are glorified by the wisdom of an entrepreneur and also decayed by the failure of an entrepreneur. Therefore, the development of China’s management education, especially continuing education for current managers, is of great significance to enhancing the quality of Chinese enterprises. The reorganization of state-owned assets, the establishment of mixed ownership economy, and the rise of private enterprises, they all need to be suitable for their own management personnel. This is doomed to China’s management education can not be completely used to teach foreign methods, but to different targets, combined with China’s national conditions.
