案例2006年9月,陈先生和李女士相识并确定恋爱关系。次年二人购置了一套80多万元的二手房,双方约定,首付款50万元由陈先生父母出资,婚后两人共同还贷,房产证上登记户主为陈先生。2008年初两人结婚。然而婚后夫妻常因生活琐事争吵,关系急转直下。此后陈先生搬出该住所,另居他处。2011年12月,王某拿着《购房合同》找到李女士,要求她尽快搬出该房。因为陈先生已于两人分居期间,将此房转让给王某,并完成了变更产权登记。震惊之余,李女士拒绝迁出,并将王某起诉至法院,要求法院判令《购房合同》无效,并撤销房产登记。
