策略一词来源于古希腊词汇中的strategia,与军事典故密切相关。其本义是将军的职权或战争的艺术。策略本身具有计划、竞争、有意识的操控、实现目的等方面的特征。当策略体现在非军事背景中时,就意味着为实现目标而采取的有意识、有计划的行为。在课程标准中提出的“解决问题的策略”是解决问题的计策、谋略,具体表现为对解决问题方法、手段的思考与选择运用。学生在学习过程中不仅获得知识,更重要的是学会在错综复杂
