目的探讨新生儿脐带血与静脉血G6PD定量结果的相关性。方法留取2010年07月在我院产科出生的新生儿脐带血112例,(其中男婴65例,女婴47例),同步抽取静脉血,用日立7180全自动生化仪测定HB及G6PD活性,以Ug/HB单位结果进行比较。结果 112例脐带血G6PD活性为10.08±3.27 U/gHB,(其中男婴为10.10±3.33U/gHB,女婴为10.05±3.23U/gHB);112例静脉血G6PD活性为8.75±2.96 U/gHB,(其中男婴为8.72±3.03U/gHB,女婴为8.80±2.89U/gHB)。男婴与女婴G6PD结果无统计学意义(P>0.05),脐带血与静脉血G6PD结果有统计学意义U=3.19,(P<0.01)。脐带血G6PD活性与静脉血G6PD活性具有高度正相关(r=0.974)。结论新生儿脐带血G6PD定量结果稍高于静脉血,但两者具有高度正相关,且脐带血取材方便、快捷、无创伤,更适宜在南方高发区开展G6PD缺乏症的新生儿早期筛查和早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the correlation between neonatal umbilical cord blood and venous blood G6PD quantitative results. Methods Totally 112 neonates with obstetrics and gynecology were enrolled in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2010, of which 65 were male and 47 were female. Synchronous blood samples were collected for determination of HB and G6PD activity using Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer , To Ug / HB unit results for comparison. Results The G6PD activity in 112 cases of umbilical cord blood was 10.08 ± 3.27 U / g HB (10.10 ± 3.33 U / g HB in male and 10.05 ± 3.23 U / g HB in female). The G6PD activity in 112 cases of venous blood was 8.75 ± 2.96 U / gHB, with (8.72 ± 3.03 U / g HB for baby boys and 8.80 ± 2.89 U / g HB for baby boys). The results of G6PD between male and female infants were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The results of G6PD between umbilical cord blood and venous blood were statistically significant (P <0.01). Umbilical cord blood G6PD activity and venous blood G6PD activity has a highly positive correlation (r = 0.974). Conclusions The result of G6PD in neonatal cord blood is slightly higher than that in venous blood, but the two are highly positive. The cord blood is easy, quick and noninvasive. It is more suitable for early neonatal screening of G6PD deficiency in high incidence areas of South China. Early diagnosis.
