目的通过对新生儿进行听力筛查,掌握本院出生新生儿听力的基本信息,为进一步临床诊治提供依据。方法采用耳声发射(otoacoustic emission,OAE)对生后3~5天新生儿进行初筛,未通过者于生后42天进行复筛,复筛未通过者转至听力诊治中心,行脑干诱发电位(auditory brainstem response,ABR)及声阻抗测试确诊,治疗干预。结果听力筛查初筛率为82.65%,初筛通过率为95.22%,复筛率为66.67%,复筛通过率为81.11%。结论对新生儿实行听力筛查,安全,简便,可靠,有助儿童全面健康发展。
Objective To screen the newborns for hearing and master the basic information of newborns born in our hospital to provide basis for further clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Otoacoustic emission (OAE) was used to screen newborns 3 to 5 days after birth. Those who failed to pass the screening were re-screened 42 days after birth. The patients who failed to pass the re-screening were transferred to the hearing treatment center. The brainstem Evoked potential (auditory brainstem response, ABR) and acoustic impedance test diagnosis and treatment intervention. Results The screening rate of hearing screening was 82.65%, the screening rate was 95.22%, the screening rate was 66.67% and the screening rate was 81.11%. Conclusion The implementation of hearing screening of newborns is safe, simple and reliable and will help children develop in an all-round and healthy way.
