近年来,利用酶学检测进行疾病的诊断,在临床上应用日益广泛。本文对54例新生儿及产妇在分娩时血清酶学的正常参考值进行了探索。本组所测量男性与女性七项酶学结果差异均无统计学意义,新生儿γ-GT、AST、LDH、HBO、CPK均明显升高,与产妇组比较差异显著(P<0.05),其中γ-GT、■±SD为82.48±38.32为产妇组(?)±SD12.07±10.02的6.8倍,显示新生儿这类酶的特殊性,并对所测结果结合文献进行了分析讨论。
In recent years, the use of enzymatic detection of disease diagnosis, is increasingly widely used in clinical practice. In this paper, 54 cases of newborns and mothers during childbirth serum enzyme normal reference values were explored. There were no significant differences in the seven enzymatic results between men and women measured in this study. The levels of γ-GT, AST, LDH, HBO and CPK in neonates were significantly higher than those in maternal groups (P <0.05) γ-GT, ± SD was 82.48 ± 38.32, which was 6.8 times of ± SD12.07 ± 10.02 in maternal group, which showed the specificity of this enzyme in neonates. The results were analyzed and discussed in combination with the literature.
