人民日报海外版2013-08-06香港财政司司长曾俊华在最新一份财政预算案中提出积极投资基建,2013/14年度的基建工程开支预计为701亿元(港元,下同),创历史新高。政府积极投资基建,但同时却爆出人手不足。发展局秘书长韦志成近日指出,按照最新估算,本港的工程量至少需要2万名额外工人,若人手未能达标,会考虑将部分欠缺迫切性的工程延期上马。
People's Daily Overseas Edition 2013-08-06 Hong Kong Financial Secretary John Tsang Man-wah proposed in his latest Budget speech that the capital expenditure on infrastructural projects in 2013-14 is expected to be 70.1 billion yuan (HK $, same below), a record new highs. The government has actively invested in infrastructure projects but at the same time it has not been adequately manned. According to latest estimates, the Secretary-General of the HKADC, Mr Weiz Chih-cheng, pointed out at a latest estimate that at least 20,000 additional workers will be required for work in Hong Kong. If manpower is not up to standard, some undeveloped projects will be postponed for a delay.
