目的探讨Kiss-1蛋白在乳腺肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化技术检测100例乳腺癌、50例乳腺纤维腺瘤及瘤旁正常腺体Kiss-1蛋白的表达情况。结果乳腺癌及乳腺纤维腺瘤中Kiss-1的阳性率分别为60.0%(60/100)和36.0%(18/50),明显高于肿瘤周围正常腺体中阳性表达率29.0%(29/100)和14.0%(7/50,P<0.05)。Kiss-1在淋巴结阳性患者的表达率(43.6%)明显低于淋巴结阴性患者的表达率(70.5%,P=0.007)。结论Kiss-1蛋白的表达可能在抑制乳腺癌的淋巴结转移中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of Kiss-1 protein in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Kiss-1 in 100 cases of breast cancer, 50 cases of breast fibroadenoma and adjacent normal gland. Results The positive rates of Kiss-1 in breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma were 60.0% (60/100) and 36.0% (18/50), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal glands around the tumor (29.0%, 29 / 100) and 14.0% (7/50, P <0.05). The expression of Kiss-1 in lymph node-positive patients (43.6%) was significantly lower than that in lymph node-negative patients (70.5%, P = 0.007). Conclusion The expression of Kiss-1 protein may play an important role in inhibiting the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
