研究了一台增益体积为2.48 L,采用pulser/sustainer放电技术激励的高功率长脉冲紫外预电离TE CO2激光器的运转特性。激光器采用普通平凹稳定腔输出或光栅谐振腔调谐输出。在20~40 kPa气压范围,10~50μs放电脉冲宽度下,均获得均匀稳定的大体积辉光放电和大能量长脉冲激光输出。给出了激光器在不同脉冲宽度、不同气压下的典型放电电压、放电电流波形和详细的激光输出脉冲能量及电光转换效率数据;也给出了采用光栅谐振腔调谐输出时4条主要激光跃迁谱线的输出激光脉冲波形。工作在非调谐谐振腔和激光混合气气压30 kPa时,激光器以50.1μs放电脉冲宽度工作,单脉冲输出激光能量11.1 J,相应脉冲功率达220 kW;以31.6μs放电脉冲宽度150 Hz高重复频率工作输出平均功率达1.52 kW,相应平均脉冲能量10.0 J,脉冲功率超过300 kW。
A high power long pulse UV preionized TE CO2 laser operating at a gain of 2.48 L and pulser / sustainer discharge excitation was studied. The laser uses an ordinary flat-fading stabilization cavity output or a grating resonator tuning output. Under the pressure range of 20 ~ 40 kPa and discharge pulse width of 10 ~ 50μs, a uniform and stable large volume glow discharge and a long pulse laser output with large energy were obtained. The typical discharge voltage, discharge current waveform and laser output pulse energy and electro-optical conversion efficiency of the laser at different pulse widths and pressures are also given. Four main laser transition spectra Line output laser pulse waveform. The laser works with a discharge pulse width of 50.1μs at a pressure of 30 kPa and an un-tuned resonator with a laser gas mixture. The laser energy is 11.1 J in a single pulse and the corresponding pulse power is 220 kW. The pulse repetition frequency is 150 Hz at 31.6μs. The average output power of work is 1.52 kW, the corresponding average pulse energy is 10.0 J, and the pulse power is over 300 kW.
