The assessment of the notary’s expert responsibility is of great significance. The professional responsibility of the notary public mainly includes the duty of care and professionalism. Therefore, in order to carry out the notarization career better, the practitioners must be careful and responsible, continuously improve the professional foundation in the field of notary public, unify their own knowledge level with the expert standards .
