灰树花(Grifola frondosa)也叫栗蘑、莲花菇等,是一种含有海藻糖、多糖、氨基酸、多种维生素、微量元素钙、铁、锌、硒等营养成份的食用菌.其所含多糖的抗癌能力优于香菇多糖及云芝多糖,具有较大的开发价值,但由于其子实体生长需氧量大,容易污染杂菌,加之生长周期长,故目前在我国固体栽培者不多,而液体培养尚未见报道.本文通过不同液体培养基筛选、不同pH和通气量对发酵影响及发酵周期试验,确定液体培养条件为:培养基配比麸皮5%,玉米粉1%,麦芽糖2%等,初始pH6,25℃培养6天,菌体及胞内多糖达最大量.

Therefore, However, liquid culture has not been reported.In this paper, different liquid medium screening, different pH and aeration on the fermentation and fermentation cycle test to determine the liquid culture conditions: medium ratio of 5% bran, corn flour 1% Maltose 2%, etc., the initial pH6, cultured at 25 ℃ for 6 days, the maximum amount of microbial cells and intracellular polysaccharides.
