全断面岩石掘进机刀盘上盘形滚刀的布置理论和布置规律是全断面岩石掘进机研制的理论基础。通过对全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀破岩运动的深入分析和研究,提出了盘形滚刀在刀盘上布置的基本原则,探讨了盘形滚刀破岩的垂直力、切向力、侧向力和惯性力并给出了其理论计算式;探讨了这些力对刀盘的作用特点,从而提出了全断面岩石掘进机破岩工作时的刀盘受力平衡理论,建立了基于刀盘平衡的盘形滚刀在刀盘上布置的数学力学模型,深入研究了该模型的结构,给出了其求解方法和求解步骤。以某引进型号全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀在刀盘上的布置为案例进行了对比验证分析,证明所建立的数学力学模型及其求解方法、求解步骤和结果是正确的,从而为全断面岩石掘进机刀盘上盘形滚刀的布置提出了切实可行的方法。
Full-face rock tunnel boring machine disc cutter on the layout theory and layout of the law is full-face rock drilling machine developed theoretical basis. The theory of force balance of the cutterhead during rock breaking of a full-face rock-blast boring machine is proposed, The mathematical model of disc cutter, which is balanced by the cutterhead, is arranged on the cutterhead. The structure of the model is deeply studied, and the solving method and solving steps are given. A case study of a full-face rock tunnel boring machine with an imported hobbing machine was carried out. The results show that the established mathematic model and its solving method, solving procedure and result are correct, The layout of disc cutter on rock cutter face of cross-section tunneling machine puts forward a feasible method.
