目的 :探讨人抗增殖细胞核抗原 Ki- 6 7表达与胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤 (gastrointestinal sm ooth muscletumors,GISMT)良恶性、恶性程度、转移及预后的关系。方法 :采用微波修复抗原及免疫组织化学 S- P法检测 86例 GISMT中 Ki- 6 7的表达情况。结果 :Ki- 6 7表达按平滑肌瘤 ,平滑肌肉瘤 、 、 级的顺序依次明显上升 (P<0 .0 1)。Ki- 6 7的表达与肿瘤的良恶性生长方式、大小、中心有无坏死亦有明显的关系 (P<0 .0 1)。 Ki- 6 7低表达组的 5年生存率 (87.5 % )明显高于高表达组 (32 .3% ) (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Ki- 6 7是反映 GISMT生物学特性的良好标志物 ,可以作为判断 GISMT良恶性、恶性程度、转移及预后的客观指标
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ki- 6 7, the malignant, malignant, metastatic and prognosis of gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumors (GISMT). Methods: The expression of Ki- 6 7 in 86 cases of GISMT was detected by microwave-assisted antigen and immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The expression of Ki- 6 7 in leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma increased significantly (P <0.01). The expression of Ki-67 was significantly correlated with the benign and malignant growth pattern, size, and the presence or absence of necrosis in the center (P <0.01). The 5-year survival rate (87.5%) of the Ki- 6 7 low-expression group was significantly higher than that of the high expression group (32.3%) (P 0. 05). Conclusion: Ki- 6 7 is a good marker to reflect the biological characteristics of GISMT, which can be used as an objective index for judging the malignancy, malignancy, metastasis and prognosis of GISMT
