In the current era where the world is constantly becoming a “global village,” the call for globalization has promoted cross-border, cross-cultural and interdisciplinary studies that Goethe called “world literature”, especially in the context of world literature The common expression of people-centered concerns and self-portrayal of cultural differences across the country, scattered abroad, the world of self portrayal. This cosmopolitan migration has affected writers’ longing for “home ” regardless of whether this “home” is imagined or romanticized, full of hatred or nostalgia. Through the interpretation of the Chinese writers Pan Ling and Hong Ying and their literary works, and through the theoretical explanation of the dual operation of “worldization ” and “regionalization ”, this paper aims to reveal the relationship between transnational boundaries, Culture, the self-ego that relocated one’s homeland to the world and the self-localized culture at the same time demonstrate the complexity of cosmopolitanism as a result of the intersection of globalization and culture.
