目的分析中山市近5年食物中毒流行特点,为防控食物中毒的发生提供理论依据。方法用回顾性流行病学方法统计分析中山市2004—2008年食物中毒流行情况。结果中山市2004—2008年共发生食物中毒69起,中毒人数1532人。该市食物中毒发生以5—10月发生的中毒事件最多,占总发生数的76.8%。中毒发生行业以集体食堂最多,共有41起,占中毒起数的59.4%。中毒的致病因素以副溶血性弧菌引起的最多,共有21起,占中毒起数的30.5%;变形杆菌次之,有12起,占中毒总数的17.5%。结论近年来,中山市每年均有食物中毒的发生,有明显的季节性、行业性等特点,集体饮食行业是食物中毒发生的主要场所,以夏秋季发病最高。加强卫生监督监测力度和宣传教育是预防和控制食物中毒发生的关键措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Zhongshan City in the recent five years and provide a theoretical basis for preventing the occurrence of food poisoning. Methods A retrospective epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic situation of food poisoning in Zhongshan City from 2004 to 2008. Results There were 69 food poisoning cases and 1532 poisoning cases in Zhongshan City from 2004 to 2008. The city’s food poisoning occurred in May-October the largest number of poisoning incidents, accounting for 76.8% of the total number of occurrences. Toxicity occurred in the industry to the largest canteen, a total of 41, accounting for 59.4% of the number of poisoning. The pathogenic factors of poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus are the most, a total of 21, accounting for 30.5% of the total number of poisoning; Proteus second, there are 12, accounting for 17.5% of the total number of poisoning. Conclusion In recent years, Zhongshan City, food poisoning occurs every year, there are obvious seasonal, industrial characteristics, the collective diet industry is the main place for food poisoning, the highest incidence in summer and autumn. Strengthening health surveillance and monitoring and publicity and education are the key measures to prevent and control food poisoning.
