纪录片《舌尖上的中国》的播出,人们在热议美食的同时,也开始重新思考人与食物的关系。我国自古以来就有着源远流长的饮食文化和传统,但我国对“食”的教育并没有得到足够重视。以小学生为例,孩子们还是存在挑食、吃零食、浪费粮食等不良的饮食习惯,由此导致了学生营养缺乏、体质下降、早熟等一系列问题;此外,人们对“食”的不成熟的认识、态度,造成我国的食品安全事件层出不穷。本文借鉴日本的食育经验,期望通过食育,改善小学生对待“食”的认识、态度,树立惜食的情感和珍惜生命的价值观。
Documentary “China on the tip of the tongue” broadcast, people hot food at the same time, but also began to rethink the relationship between man and food. Since ancient times, our country has a long history of food culture and tradition, but our education on food has not been given enough attention. Take primary school students as an example, children still have a series of problems such as picky eaters, snacking and waste of food, resulting in a series of problems such as lack of nutrition, physical decline and premature aging. In addition, Mature awareness, attitude, resulting in an endless stream of food safety incidents in our country. This article draws on the experience of Japan’s food education and hopes to improve the awareness and attitude of primary school students in treating “food” through food education and establish the values of cherishing food and cherishing life.
