未经治疗的114例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)细胞学分析,血片计数200个白细胞,骨髓片计数500个有核细胞。骨髓片嗜酸细胞计数超过0.05为过多,遗传学分析无分裂或转位3个以上畸形为主要核组畸形(MAKA)。结果:114例中9例嗜酸细胞增多,这些患者无过敏性疾病和寄生虫感染,1例有药物过敏未作研究。8例MDS伴嗜酸细胞增多(MDS-Eo),年龄:平均68.5岁,比无嗜酸细胞增多组年龄偏大,多数有重度贫血,4例白细胞轻度减
Untreated 114 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) cytology, blood count 200 leukocytes, bone marrow count 500 nucleated cells. Bone marrow eosinophil counts in excess of 0.05 were excessive, no schizo-genomic analysis or transposition of more than 3 deformities as the major nuclear anomaly (MAKA). RESULTS: Nine of the 114 patients had eosinophilia. None of these patients had an allergic disease or a parasitic infection. One patient had no drug allergy. 8 cases of MDS with eosinophilia (MDS-Eo), age: average 68.5 years, older than no age group with eosinophilia, most with severe anemia, 4 cases of mild loss of white blood cells
