目的:观察调胃承气汤对大鼠“寒下”药效的性别差异。方法:大鼠32只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组各8只,调胃承气汤雄性组、调胃承气汤雌性组、雄性对照组和雌性对照组。调胃承气汤雄、雌性组大鼠给药剂量为1g/(100g.d),雄性对照组和雌性对照组灌服同体积生理盐水,每天分上、下午2次灌服,灌胃持续3周。观察不同性别大鼠体温、体重、饮食量、游泳时间等;以及内分泌代谢性指标儿茶酚胺、17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS),甲状腺素T3、T4。结果:调胃承气汤雄性、雌性组与雄性、雌性对照组比较,调胃承气汤雄性组大鼠体温、体重、饮食量显著降低,饮水量增加(P<0.01)。给药后调胃承气汤雄性、雌性组的心率明显减慢,游泳时间显著缩短(P<0.01),给药后调胃承气汤雄性组与调胃承气汤雌性组比较,调胃承气汤雄性组的心率明显减慢(P<0.01)。调胃承气汤雄性组与调胃承气汤雌性组的儿茶酚胺与17-OHCS含量均显著降低(P<0.01);给药后,调胃承气汤雌性组的儿茶酚胺显著降低(P<0.01),调胃承气汤雌性组17-OHCS含量降低(P<0.05)。给药后,调胃承气汤雄性组与调胃承气汤雌性组的血清内甲状腺素T3、T4的含量显著降低(P<0.01),调胃承气汤雌性组的血清甲状腺素T3、T4含量较调胃承气雄性组均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:调胃承气汤对大鼠的“寒下”药效存在性别差异。
Objective: To observe the gender difference of the effect of Tiawei Chengqi Decoction on rats “cold”. Methods: Thirty-two rats, male and female, were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 rats. The rats in Tiaocheng Chengqi Decoction, the Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction, the male control group and the female control group were included. After administration, the heart rate of Tiaocheng Chengqi Decoction decreased significantly and the swimming time significantly shortened (P <0.01). Compared with the Tiawei Chengqi Decoction female group, The heart rate of the Chengqi Decoction group was significantly slowed down (P <0.01). The contents of catecholamine and 17-OHCS in Tiaochengqiqi Decoction male group and Tiaocheng Chengqi Decoction female group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01) ), Tiao Wei Chengqi Decoction female 17-OHCS content decreased (P <0.05). After administration, the levels of thyroxine T3 and T4 in the Tiaocheng Chengqi Decoction male group and Tiaocheng Chengqi Decoction female group were significantly lower (P <0.01). The serum thyroxine T3, T4 content was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Tiawei Chengqi Decoction has a sex difference of “cold” in rats.
