病例 患儿,男,25天,主因喉中痰鸣,吃奶差1天于1997年11月27日入院。患儿系孕40~(+4)周第一胎第一产,自家分娩,产前孕24周自觉胎动减少,尤以初生前为著。产时呈青紫窒息,抢救20余分钟后恢复自动呼吸,但声音嘶哑,四肢松软,活动极少。入院当天受凉后出现喉中痰鸣,吃奶差,呛奶,腹胀,家族中无类似疾痛。
Cases of children, male, 25 days, the main throat phlegm, poor feeding one day in November 27, 1997 admission.
