利用虚拟样机技术对一种重载汽车的轮式制动器展开了研究。首先计算出轮式制动器的促动力、摩擦片制动转矩等主要参数。采用ADAMS软件对轮式制动器的虚拟样机模型进行仿真分析,仿真得到的总制动转矩与理论计算结论基本一致。仿真分析发现各摩擦片产生的制动转矩大小不等。用有限元软件ANSYS分析了各摩擦片的表面应力,验证ADAMS软件关于摩擦片制动转矩的仿真结果。仿真分析,发现了轮式制动器摩擦因数对制动轮的振幅和振动频带的影响规律。采用的基于虚拟样机的研究方法为轮式制动器的优化提供了一种新思路。
A virtual prototype technology was used to research a wheel brake of a heavy truck. First calculate the wheel brake actuator, friction brake torque and other major parameters. The ADAMS software is used to simulate the virtual prototype of the wheel brake, and the simulation results show that the total braking torque is consistent with the theoretical calculation. The simulation analysis shows that the brake torque generated by each friction plate varies in size. The surface stress of each friction plate was analyzed by finite element software ANSYS to verify the simulation result of ADAMS software about the brake torque of friction plate. Simulation analysis shows that the influence of wheel brake friction factor on the amplitude and vibration frequency band of brake wheel is found. The research method based on virtual prototype provides a new idea for the optimization of wheel brakes.
