各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:现将《国务院批转公安部小城镇户籍管理制度改革试点方案和关于完善农村户籍管理制度意见的通知》(国发[1997]20号)转发给你们,并结合我省实际提出以下意见,请一并贯彻执行。一、根据国家对选择户籍制度改革试点镇的要求和我省小城镇综合体制改革试点工作进展情况,省政府确定下列16个镇为我省小城镇户籍管理制度改革试点镇:双城市周家镇、绥芬河市阜宁镇、呼兰县利民镇、肇东市宋站镇、宾县宾西镇、尚志市一面坡镇、讷河市老莱镇、穆棱市下城子镇、富锦市向阳川镇、鸡东县东海镇、肇州县朝阳沟镇、北安市

First, according to the requirements of the state on the pilot town reform of the choice of household registration system and the progress of pilot projects in the reform of the comprehensive system of small towns in our province, the provincial government has determined that the following 16 towns are the experimental towns for the reform of the household registration management system in small towns: Shuangcheng Zhoujiazhen , Suining City Funing Town, Hulan County, Limin Town, Zhaodong Song Station Town, Binxian Binxi Town, Shangzhi City, side slope town, Nehe Laolai Town, Muling City, under the town of suburb, Fujin City, sunny Chuan Town, Donghai Town, Jidong County, Chaoyanggou Town, Zhaozhou County, Bei’an City
