当今世界,人们都把科学技术与科学管理比作现代社会进步的“两个轮子”。要想轮子转,人才是关键。不仅要培养技术人才,而且更要重视培养管理人才,这是发达国家成功的一条共同经验。职工教育管理是现代管理科学的一个重要组成部分,职教管理干部队伍结构和管理者自身素质提高将是迎接职工教育与国际接轨的需要和实现人才结构新老合作,平稳过渡,培养跨世纪的职教管理人才的需要。
In today’s world, people compare science and technology with scientific management as the “two wheels” of the progress of modern society. To turn the wheel, talent is the key. It is not only a matter of cultivating technical personnel, but more importantly, training management personnel. This is a common experience of successful countries.
