经济工作离不开人,也就是离不开党政工团的密切配合,离不开全厂职工、干部的共同努力、艰苦奋战,而人又受着认识和观念的支配,因此,正如历史经验告诉我们的那样:政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线。为此,我以本人的实践,就厂长在制定决策、确立“工作目标”并在付之实践过程中,应当如何充分发挥思想政治工作这一传统法宝的威力,来确保“方针目标”的实施,使“软件”转化成“硬件”,在“质量、品种、效益”上结出丰硕之果,略谈粗浅体会。
