机体具有固有的再生功能,再生是恢复失去或损坏组织的一种能力,再生的组织应与失去和损坏的组织有相同结构和基本功能。膀胱很明显的具有这种能力。膀胱在大部切除或全切除后,能恢复足够容量,能贮存和排空尿液,不产生血电解质紊乱,经过半年后能完全修复缺损部位,其上皮和平滑肌组织与原膀胱几无区别。膀胱再生方法和论点,目前尚不统一,有待进一步研究。无疑膀胱再生是修复膀胱缺损比较理想的措施,本文就现代膀胱再生的各种方法以及再生论点作一介绍。
The body has an inherent regenerative function. Regeneration is an ability to recover lost or damaged tissue. The regenerated tissue should have the same structure and basic functions as the lost and damaged tissue. Bladder obviously has this ability. After partial or total resection of the bladder, the bladder can recover enough volume to store and empty the urine without causing electrolyte imbalance. After half a year, the bladder can completely repair the defect and its epithelium and smooth muscle tissue are not different from those of the original bladder. Bladder regeneration methods and arguments, is not uniform, pending further study. Undoubtedly bladder regeneration is an ideal measure to repair bladder defects. This article introduces various methods of modern bladder regeneration and regeneration.
