脂肪酶的分子改造

  脂肪酶是一种重要的酶,它普遍存在于自然界,被广泛运用于精细化工、洗涤、医药、食品、造纸、皮革加工、纺织和饲料工业等领域,但其应用仍然受到天然脂肪酶分子的耐受性差、在应用条件下的催化活性低、新脂肪酶开发速度慢等因素的极大限制。因此,对现有脂肪酶进行分子改造使其更加符合人类的需求,成为了近几年的研究热点与难点。脂肪酶分子改造的常见方法有化学修饰、理性设计、定向进化等,其中在脂肪酶分子改造中引入偏最小二乘法、神经网络、支持向量机等机器学习方法是一种新途径。
