新的课程标准在改革现行分科课程的基础上,设置了以分科为主,包含综合课程和综合实践活动的课程。由于课程内容和课题研究涉及多门学科知识,因此,要求教师必须改变自己的知识结构,除了具备一定的专业知识外,还应当广泛涉猎科学、艺术等其他非专业领域。这就要求教师不仅要加强专业学习,更要加强教师间的合作。
The new curriculum standards based on the reform of the current branch of the curriculum, set up a branch-based curriculum consisting of integrated courses and comprehensive practice activities. As the course content and subject research involve multiple subject knowledge, teachers are required to change their own knowledge structure. In addition to having certain professional knowledge, teachers should also extensively cover other non-specialized fields such as science and art.
