观察含0.077nmol/gCr(Ⅲ)的富铬酵母对大鼠实验性高脂血症的防治作用,通过血脂、血铬及扫描电镜下主动脉内皮细胞超微结构的变化,探讨富铬酵母的降脂作用。结果表明,在给高脂饲料的同时按18μgCr·kgbw(-1).d(-1)加入富铬酵母80无后,大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C增加值和HDL-C、HDL_2-C下降值显著低于单纯食高脂饲料者。用本酵母10μgCr·kgbw(-1)·d(-1)治疗40天后观察到,高血脂大鼠TC、TG、LDL-c显著下降,HDL-c、HDL_2-C、血清Cr显著上升,且效果优于月见草油。本文同时观察到,无论是用富铬酵母还是用月见草油来治疗,食基础饲料者比食高脂饲料者各项血脂水平均更接近于正常。从主动脉内皮细胞扫描电镜观察到,用本酵母预防80天后大鼠病变较单纯食高脂饲料组轻。改用基础饲料同时食入富铬酵母的大鼠治疗后病变程度有所减轻,病变范围有所缩小。
