人才资源是实现科学发展的第一推动力,建设创新型国家,提高自主创新能力,需要创新型科技人才作为支撑。中央企业作为国民经济的顶梁柱,要在建设创新型国家中发挥主力军作用,在实施“走出去”战略中发挥国家队作用,就必须把人才工作摆到优先发展的战略地位,加快培育造就一大批优秀的创新型科技人才。本文运用问卷调查、数据分析、文献归纳等方法,通过实证分析对在京中央企业创新型科技人才吸引机制进行了研究,分析了数据反映出的问题并提出了对策建议。
Human resources are the first impetus to achieve scientific development. To build an innovative country and improve the ability of independent innovation requires innovative scientific and technological personnel as support. As the pillars of the national economy, central enterprises must play a leading role in building an innovative country, and in the implementation of the “going out” strategy, they must put the work of talents in a strategic position of priority development and speed up the development of the national team. Create a large number of outstanding innovative technology talents. This paper uses questionnaire survey, data analysis, literature induction and other methods to empirically analyze the mechanism of attracting innovative talents in Beijing Central Enterprises, analyzes the problems reflected in the data, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
