作为一种非智力因素,兴趣是学习的动力和源泉。学生对学习的兴趣直接关系到学习效率和效果。做好差生转化工作是一项艰巨的工作,深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育是我国教育发展的根本任务,转化差生为全面推进素质教育,大范围提高教学质量,成为物理教学人员教学任务之一。抓住物理学困生的闪光点,为他们创造成功的条件和机会,教师要充分利用物理学科特点、物理学科与现代科学技术高速发展的关系。保证他们与优生在学习活动中的平等地位,对学生进行爱国主义,人生观、价值观的教育和培养,使他们对这一领域的知识学习产生兴趣。
As a non-intellectual factor, interest is the driving force and source of learning. Students interest in learning is directly related to learning efficiency and effectiveness. It is an arduous task to do poor students’ transformation work. Deepening education reform and promoting quality education in an all-round way are the fundamental tasks of our country’s education development. In order to comprehensively promote quality education and improve teaching quality on a large scale, poor students become one of the teaching tasks of physics teaching staff . Seize the flash points of physics students, to create conditions and opportunities for their success, teachers should make full use of the characteristics of physics, physics and modern science and technology rapid development of the relationship. Ensure that they and eugenics play an equal role in their learning activities and educate and train their students on patriotism, outlook on life and values so as to make them interested in the knowledge learning in this field.
