桑椹粥原载《粥谱》,以紫色桑椹果、上等糯米、冰糖熬煮而成。具有补肝益肾、滋阴补血、润肠明目功效,用于治疗阴血不足、头晕目眩、失眠耳鸣、视力减退、须发早白、血虚便秘、神经衰弱、贫血、阴虚型高血压等多种病症。笔者在临床验证中,发现用武进(江苏)香血糯或常熟(江苏)血糯替换一般白糯米,其滋阴补血、乌须黑发的作用更佳。
