目前我国企业市场一大“怪”现象是:产品畅销度与价格混乱度成正比,产品越畅销,价格越混乱。一些产品的市场价格,一会儿高得离谱,一会儿低得出血,好端端的企业硬是被拖得半死不活,尤其是一旦进入恶性降价倾销的地步,大多数企业就只有束手待毙。如何解决降价倾销问题,已成为企业进行良性市场运作的关键。降价倾销为哪般降价倾销有两种情况:一是不同区域市场因窜货引起的降价倾销;二是同一区域市场的经销商为争夺客户而引起的降价倾销。导致降价倾销的原因,既有企业营销政策的因素,也有经销商方面的问题。某公司总经理王付伟先生从厂家的角度分析了降价倾销产生的原因:
