一、教学理念1.为学而教,促进学生发展。针对高一文理分科前学生现状,我将知识层级中普及的知识,如侵华日军的罪行和中国军民抗日斗争等史实,定位为夯实基础。它对于学习文科的学生有好处,因为有基础才能谈到提高,只有记住最基本的知识才能谈得上知识的迁移和能力的提升。2.面向全体学生,尊重个体差异,培养学生解决问题的实践能力和创新精神。在讲课过程中我不断用目光与每一个学生交流。这使得每一名同学感受到教师的
