“关于加大对华侨农场扶持力度的建议”是今年人代会交办的重点办理建议之一。6月29日上午,十届全国人大常委会第二十二次会议分组审议了盛华仁副委员长兼秘书长作的“关于归侨侨眷权益保护法执法检查”的报告。与会者对报告给予高度评价。他们说:该法颁布实施16年来,全国人大常委会首次进行执法检查,由顾秀莲、盛华仁、韩启德3位副委员长带队,表明常委会对华侨问题的关注和重视。这个报告一定会在国内外华侨中产生巨大影响,对促进全社会和谐进步,凝聚侨心、汇聚侨智、发挥侨力发挥重要作用。
The “Proposal on Strengthening the Support to Overseas Chinese Farmers” is one of the key handling suggestions handled by the people’s congress this year.
