由于矿井提升机系统具有非线性、时变等特点,传统PID控制器很难满足实际生产的要求,基于此采用模糊-PID混合控制方法中模糊PID双向切换实现矿机提升机电机控制,仿真结果表明,模糊PID双向切换控制策略可以有效的改善矿井提升机的性能。
Because the mine hoist system has the characteristics of nonlinear and time-varying, the traditional PID controller is difficult to meet the actual production requirements. Based on this, fuzzy PID-PID hybrid control method is used to realize the motor control of mine hoist motor. Simulation results It shows that fuzzy PID bidirectional switching control strategy can effectively improve the performance of mine hoist.
