新课程标准理念与传统教育理念的最根本区别,就在于前者科学地确立了学校教育中的新型地位关系,即以教师为主导和以学生为主体的教育教学问题;并在此基础上,大力倡导实现认知、能力和情感的“三维目标教学”。这不仅是一种教学行为的变化,更是新旧两种教育观念的交替和更迭。这种教育领域的历史性改革对教育工作者和教育过程提出了更新的要求,其中的关键和焦点就是如何在课堂教学中积极培养学生的主体参与意识。这应是每一名教育工作者在教学实践中着力注重和致力研讨的集中交织点。
