本实验从肿瘤移植成活率、淋巴道转移率、细胞形态学、染色体组成、细胞电泳率等方面在两种不同品系的小鼠之间观察并比较了小鼠腹水型肝癌H_(22)和H_(22)/F_(20)的上述生物学特性及差别。光镜和透射电镜的观察结果提示,H_(22)和H_(22)/F_(20)瘤细胞是来源于上皮组织、分化较低的恶性肿瘤。肿瘤移植成活率和淋巴道转移率的比较观察表明,H_(22)/F_(20)瘤细胞的移植成活率和淋巴道转移率均高于H_(22)瘤细胞。染色体的分析显示H_(22)和H_(22)/F_(20)瘤细胞不仅干系细胞的众数不同(H_(22)为44,H_(22)/F_(20)为43),而且二者的标记染色体的数目及形态也有差别。细胞电泳率的测定结果表明,H_(22)/F_(20)瘤细胞的电泳率显著低于H_(22)细胞。本文讨论了H_(22)和H_(22)/F_(20)瘤细胞的上述表型差别与淋巴道转移率增高之间的可能关系,以及宿主和环境的选择作用对H_(22)瘤细胞的影响。
