“小组合作学习(cooperative learning)”是20世纪70年代初兴起于美国,并在70年代中期取得实质性进展的一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略,我国从80年代末、90年代初开始研究。《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》中指出:“鼓励小组合作学习,促进学生之间的相互交流、共同发展,促进师生教学相长”。“小组合作学习”教学策略应用在课堂教学中,可充分利用教学中动态因素间的互动,使学生之间和谐互动,使学生由竞争对手变成合作伙伴,更好地激发学生的聪明才智,发展他们的能力,在小组合作学习中共同达到教学目标,为他们一生的发展打下扎实的基础。新一轮基础教育课程改革我们在课堂中对小组合作学习进行实践和探究,一改传统课堂教学中的那种单一化、模式化、教条化、静态化的弊端,将学习当作学生生活中的一部分,促进学生生动活泼、主动全面地发展。
